CANCELLATION POLICY

• At Spa Sundara, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  Our therapists dedicate this time to your care and last minute cancellations often cannot be filled.   We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice  will incur a 25% cancellation fee which is paid directly to your therapist to compensate for the reserved appointment time.  

• No Call/No Show clients will incur the full treatment charge.  

• Thank you for respecting our therapists' time and supporting our small business.

• Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
